The service

Diwaween keeps the score of Kout Bo 6 for Diwans, by each Diwan's own rules, and lets their members play together online, with the app's players in empty seats. [whether the service is free, and any paid features: to confirm]

Diwaween is for fun. It has no betting and no prizes, and you may not use it to organise gambling.

Your account

• You sign in with Apple or Google. An account is for one person; keep your phone and sign-in safe.

• You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on this website.

Diwans

• A Diwan's owner and admins manage its members, invites and rules, and can review, approve or void its matches. The owner is responsible for the Diwan's name, description and guests.
• Add a person as a guest only with their agreement.
• Deleting a Diwan removes it for every member. It can be restored for 30 days on request.

Playing online

• Turns have a time limit. If you leave, lose your connection or run out of time, the app plays for you until you return. A match that everyone has left is ended after a while.
• A Diwan's owner or admins, or our staff, may end a match that is stuck.

Fair play and behaviour

You agree not to:

• use names or descriptions that are offensive, or that pretend to be someone else;
• harass other players;
• cheat, for example by sharing your cards with other players during a match;
• use bugs, automated clients, or anything other than the app to play or to reach the service, or try to get around its limits;
• interfere with the service or with other people's use of it.

We may remove content, and suspend or delete accounts, that break these terms.

What you add

You keep what you add, such as names and descriptions. You allow us to store it and show it to the people it is meant for, only to provide the service.

Availability

We work to keep Diwaween running and your scores safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change features, and may end the service with reasonable notice.
